It started with a simple idea: bring real charcoal-grilled experience to the streets of South C. No fancy freezers, no frozen patties – just fresh, flame-kissed meat prepared in front of you.
The Food Trailer rolled onto Kawi Road in 2022, and within weeks the smell of sizzling steaks and peri peri chicken became the neighbourhood's favourite aroma.
We're a small crew of grill enthusiasts who believe that the best food is cooked over fire, shared with friends, and never overcomplicated. Our sauces are made in-house, our meat is sourced daily, and our trailer is always open for a good chat.
